Functieomschrijving Do you want to prevent quality issues before they affect production or customers? As a Quality Engineer in industrial automation, you will strengthen product and process quality, turn findings into improvements and help ensure reliable results in every production phase.
You investigate issues, connect technical details with practical solutions and work closely with production, engineering and other colleagues. Your careful approach helps keep inspections, measurements and quality documentation accurate and supports compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
Investigate and analyse production and customer quality issues.
Identify and implement improvements to products and production processes.
Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections.
Inspect, test and help calibrate measuring and testing equipment.
Maintain quality records and control measuring equipment.
Functie-eisen You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience and enjoy understanding why something goes wrong so it can be solved properly. You communicate findings clearly, involve the right colleagues and remain focused until an improvement delivers the intended result.
HBO working and thinking level, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and quality improvement methods.
Knowledge of plastics or composites is an advantage.
Excellent Dutch proficiency at C2 level; English and German are advantageous.
