You Work 36–40 Hours Per Week From Nijmegen Or Wijchen, Collaborating With Engineering, Project Management, Cost Engineering And Purchasing. You Take Ownership Of The Commercial Process And
Translate customer requirements into technical concepts and defined scopes.
Qualify leads, visit customers and identify practical opportunities.
Prepare, monitor and present quotations and tenders.
Coordinate technical, financial and contractual input across teams.
Assess project risks and propose creative, results-focused solutions.
Functie-eisen You bring technical understanding together with a customer-focused approach. You ask the right questions, explain complex matters clearly and build confidence in your proposal. Your initiative helps you move opportunities forward, while careful analysis and constructive collaboration support sound decisions.
A completed technical education, such as Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Three to five years’ experience in a technical project environment.
Experience with technical sales, tenders, quotations or costing processes.
Commercial awareness and understanding of contracts and project risks.
Strong Dutch communication skills and the right to work in the Netherlands.
Important You must live in the Netherlands and be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden You receive a position with technical depth, commercial influence and room to develop your own approach. The package includes:
€4,500–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
24 vacation days and 13 ADV days.
Secondary conditions under the Metal and Technology collective agreement.
Pension plan through Nationale-Nederlanden.
One to two home-working days per week, plus guidance and development opportunities.
