You will be responsible for further developing and overseeing the Group compliance framework, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the General Counsel. As compliance authority, you will provide independent oversight and reporting to the Board and the Audit Committee. You will work closely with the established compliance teams in France and Germany, translating operational realities into effective group-levelpolicies, reporting and insights. In doing so, you will strengthen a trusted compliance culture across the Group.
Profiel
proven experience with group-level compliance frameworks, policies and reporting
advising senior management, the Board and the Audit Committee
preferably experience in an international, industrial and regulated environment
experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry is a plus
fluent in English, possibly French or German
