Your Mission Work on the future of collaboration
The role of the Atlassian consultant is changing. Fast.

Not a traditional "Jira specialist", but a builder and thinker who understands how AI, automation and the Atlassian platform come together.
What you'll do
You'll help organisations fundamentally improve the way they work by using technology smartly. That means:
Structuring and enriching knowledge in Atlassian Confluence
Building custom solutions on Atlassian Forge
Developing AI agents and smart automations with Atlassian Rovo
Integrating Atlassian with other systems via APIs
Advising clients on how AI can speed up and improve their workflows
So you don't just work in tools. You design systems.
Your Profile What you bring
You don't need to know everything yet. But you do have the right foundation and mindset.
Must-have:
Experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira and/or Confluence)
Interest in AI and how to apply it to work processes
Analytical skills: you understand how processes really work
Strong communication skills with clients
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Atlassian Forge development
Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
Experience with AI tooling, prompting or agent-based solutions
Experience with workflow design or process optimisation
