For an exciting major project with a duration of at least one year, we are looking for an experienced HSE Manager (m/f/x) to join our team from November onwards, on a freelance basis.
Responsibilities Monitor and assure contractors' HSE performance across onshore and offshore activities
Conduct HSE inspections, audits and site tours, focusing on high-risk activities
Review risk assessments, method statements, permits and critical control measures
Identify and escape HSE risks, follow up corrective actions and verify effective close-out
Support HSE meetings, toolbox talks, incident investigations and continuous safety improvement
Requirements Recognized HSE qualification, e.g. Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) or NEBOSH
Several years of HSE experience in offshore wind or complex construction projects, ideally with multi-contractor environments
Proven experience in contractor auditing, HSE monitoring and risk management
Knowledge of DutchHSE legislation desirable
