What will you do? As a Team Leader, you provide structure, oversight, and a positive working atmosphere on the production floor. You are responsible for the daily supervision of employees while also actively participating in the production process yourself. You are visible on the floor, understand what is happening, and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading and coaching employees on the production floor (±40%);

Actively participating in the production and harvesting process (±60%);

Planning and monitoring daily work allocation;

Training, guiding, and supporting new employees;

Monitoring quality, progress, and productivity;

Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to efficient working methods;

Holding conversations with employees to increase engagement and motivation.

You act as the link between employees and daily operations. In this role, you not only ensure the work is carried out effectively, but also that colleagues feel valued, heard, and involved.

Working hours:

Summer: 06:45 AM - approximately 2:45 PM

Winter: 06:45 AM - approximately 4:45 PM

What do you bring? You are a hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with people. You know how to motivate colleagues, address issues when necessary, and maintain oversight in a dynamic work environment.

MBO-level working and thinking ability (vocational education level);

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred;

You are confident and comfortable making decisions;

You are practical, proactive, and quickly recognize what needs to be done;

You can easily switch between hands-on work and leading a team;

Experience within a food production or agricultural environment is an advantage;

Experience within the mushroom industry is a strong advantage;

You are focused on both people and results.

Language Requirements

Polish: an advantage.
