This is a builder-and-operator role, not a manager role. You will own the full growth funnel for CMO Owls: identifying and validating real acquisition channels, owning the metrics that matter, and building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next channel. What you will do
Identify and validate one or two repeatable acquisition channels within your first 60 days Own the full funnel: awareness through signup through activated customer Define and drive the growth scorecard — CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI Run real growth experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels Build directly in our marketing stack (HubSpot, analytics, ad platforms) rather than hand work off What we are looking for
2-4 years of hands-on growth marketing experience, ideally at a Seed-to-Series B startup Real experience running and owning acquisition channels end to end, not just reading playbooks Comfortable moving fast on incomplete data and iterating from real results A builder mentality — you would rather ship an imperfect test than wait for a perfect plan Nice to have
Experience marketing a B2B SaaS or AI product specifically Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
