For Truck Loading Station 5 at our CTPE terminal in Pernis, we are looking for a committed Day Shift Operator who feels at home in an environment where truck loadings are central and where safety and cooperation come first.

Where will you be working? At Chane everything revolves around safety, people, technology and reliability. At the CTPE Pernis terminal you work in the heart of the Port of Rotterdam, at a location where large volumes of liquid bulk products are loaded every day. Loading Station 5 is specifically designed for truck loadings and plays an important role in the logistics chain of our customers.
As a Day Shift Operator you work in a shifted day schedule. This means fixed working hours during the day, with sufficient variety and without night or weekend shifts. You work together with colleagues in a clear and structured setting, where accuracy, communication and safe working are essential.
Representative activities In your role you are responsible for the safe and correct loading of liquid bulk products into tank trucks. Your activities include, among others:
Operating and monitoring installations at the loading bay
Executing and supervising truck loadings in accordance with applicable procedures
Checking documentation, connections and product flows
Supervising safe working practices and compliance with safety regulations
Identifying deviations or malfunctions and acting appropriately
Coordinating with colleagues from Operations, Planning, Maintenance and HSSE
Together you ensure that every loading is carried out safely, carefully and efficiently.
What do you bring to the table You work in a structured way, remain calm under pressure and consider safe working to be self evident. In addition, you bring:
At least a completed VAPRO A qualification or equivalent
Experience with loadings or logistics processes is a plus
A practical mindset and sense of responsibility
Willingness to work in a shifted day schedule
An eye for safety, quality and cooperation

A salary that matches your experience, with a range between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month
