Technical& Customer Support Act as a key technical contactfor hatchery and technical personnel. Provide technical andscientific advice on vaccination, hatchery processes and VSE equipment. Conduct Customer visits, auditsand technical assessments. Troubleshoot equipment andsupport installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance. Support Customers and KeyAccounts with technical advice and problem solving. Market Analysis & Business Support Collect and analyse market andCustomer data to generate technical and business insights. Monitor the performance of Cevaproducts and services. Contribute to Customer and VSEbusiness plans and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation ofnew VSE solutions and technologies. Documentation, Training & Knowledge Sharing Develop and maintain technicalreports, SOPs and training materials. Deliver technical training toCustomers and local teams. Share technical knowledge andsupport the development of local expertise. Planning & Collaboration Support resource and budgetplanning within the VSE scope. Coordinate with local, regionaland Corporate VSE teams. Maintain professionalrelationships with Customers, Key Accounts and relevant external partners. Maintain and develop technicalexpertise through training, seminars and professional events. Technical Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of technical drawings,troubleshooting and equipment repairs. Ability to analyse data andtranslate findings into actionable insights. Strong communication,presentation and Customer-facing skills. Ability to provide technicaladvice and training to different audiences. Your profile: Degree inTechnical Engineering, Biotechnology or a related field. Experience or knowledge of hatchery functions and processes. Knowledgeof technical equipment, drawings and repairs. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Goodknowledge of English and Dutch
