We are looking for 3 Employee customer service - we have 1 FTE and 2 part time positions available. Responsibilities

as a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers. Tasks include processing of the daily order flow through order entry, managing the incoming goods inventory management invoicing reporting to customers guiding and handling complaints and irregularities coordinating both national and international shipments, complying with agreed procedures and monitoring compliance with these procedures on behalf of client(s), while specifically taking into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batches/lot numbers, and quantities. In the process you are directly in contact with both the customers as our internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality. Requirements

Candidate - full time Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience Good level of English Dutch it is preferable, but not a hard requirement Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills Adaptable and able to work under pressure Good people manager Be able to push back to customers/transporters Capable of working in a team Good practice in MS office. Experience with WMS/ERP systems it is preferable Candidate - part-time Minimum MBO+ level of education Experience in a role in Customer Service and/or logistics is a pré Good level of English Professional working proficiency in Dutch Accurate worker Works well individually Good practice in MS office. Experience with WMS/ERP systemsit is preferable . Salary and Benefits
