Tilburg, the Netherlands · Full-time · Salary: From €2,700 up to €3,300 gross per month
Our story Since 2010, Céleste Originals has been developing products for international retailers, brands and personalities. What started with private labels grew into a true passion for beauty and wellness: from formula development to packaging, production and the creative side of every launch.
Over the years we've built a reliable network of production partners, industry experts, retail chains, quality teams and logistics professionals. Today we cover the entire product development process for names like Superdrug, SBE Beauty, Sarelly, Nimya by NikkieTutorials and our own brand Skinletics.
Our ambition is to be the world's leading beauty and wellness incubator. Our devices category and athlete wellness brand Skinletics are growing quickly in Europe and the US, and we're looking for a Project Manager who brings structure, drive and an eye for detail to every project.
Your role As Project Manager, you are the connecting factor between suppliers, partners and the market. You make sure every project runs smoothly, from the first sample to the final shelf.
Manage product development including development budgets and mold investments
Manage development timelines with our manufacturing partners: samples, tooling and molds, pre-production, mass production and QC sign-off
Monitor purchase orders, lead times, shipping and stock levels
Maintain a complete product file per SKU: specs, certificates, test reports, packaging and labels
Regulatory & compliance
Keep a clear overview of all FDA registrations, device listings and product codes per SKU
Coordinate compliance documentation for retail partners and distributors
Stay on top of world wide regulations
Monitor HTS codes, import duties and tariff changes
Lead retailer onboarding for retailers and distributors: vendor setup, item forms, compliance packs and launch timelines
Work with our e-commerce agency United Playgrounds on the D2C and Shopify growth plan, media budget and review moments
Internal coordination
Prepare and follow up on management meetings: agendas, action lists, owners and deadlines
Keep our project boards in Monday.com up to date
Connect our team in Tilburg with our US partners and Asian suppliers, across time zones
We value potential as much as experience. Do you recognise yourself in most of the points below and eager to learn the rest? We'd love to hear from you.
Experience in product development, ideally hardware or consumer electronics
Experience with retail: vendor compliance, retailer portals and launch processes
A structured way of working: clear documentation, version control and deadlines always in sight
Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance of our office in Tilburg
Comfortable working with Monday.com, Shopify and Excel
Flexibility for calls with the US in the late afternoon or early evening
Nice to have
A background in wellness, beauty devices or sports recovery
Experience working with D2C or e-commerce agencies
You take ownership and keep projects moving, with suppliers and partners alike. You feel at home in a growing company with multiple brands, where not everything is set in stone. You communicate clearly, document carefully and raise points early, so the team can always rely on you.
