You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment and optimisation, collaborating with software engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable AI applications. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions. Build and optimise machine learning and Generative AI models. Develop AI-powered applications, services, and APIs. Implement RAG architectures and LLM-based applications. Develop and maintain data and training pipelines. Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments. Work with technical teams to deliver AI projects. Requirements
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI. Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and LangChain or LlamaIndex. Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP. Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD and Docker. Experience with Kubernetes and containerised deployments. Ability to work independently in a freelance environment. Hybrid working arrangement based in The Hague.
