JOB PURPOSE We are hiring a
Client Advisor on a 7-month fixed-term contract
to join Burberry at De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. You will create memorable luxury experiences, building meaningful relationships with both local and international clients while bringing the Burberry brand to life. With a natural passion for people, product and service, you will contribute to an inspiring store environment where every client feels welcomed and valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience, anticipating individual needs and creating memorable interactions.
Build and nurture lasting client relationships through thoughtful engagement, follow-up and clienteling.
Develop strong product knowledge and confidently share the craftsmanship, heritage and stories behind Burberry collections.
Contribute to individual and store performance while maintaining a consistent focus on the quality of the client experience.
Support the presentation and operation of the store, ensuring Burberry standards are maintained throughout the client journey.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive and high-performing store environment.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Fluent in
Dutch and English , with the confidence to communicate naturally with a diverse client base.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating genuine, personalised client experiences.
Able to build trusted relationships and understand individual client needs.
Commercially aware, with an interest in contributing to team and store performance.
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
An interest in luxury, fashion, craftsmanship or the Burberry brand, with a willingness to continually develop product knowledge.
