We're looking for a Senior Manager in FP&A to join our Commercial Programs & Excellence team.
This is a 6‐month fixed‐term role covering parental leave, offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact across a fast‐paced, international organisation.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, you will
Lead a high‐performing team driving FP&A insights, modelling, and forecasting across multiple business areas.
Own cross‐commercial decision‐making processes and frameworks, ensuring data‐driven recommendations.
Support financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, and business case development.
Contribute to operational excellence initiatives, transformation programmes, and innovation projects.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
This role blends financial leadership, business operations, and change management, offering the opportunity to influence both FP&A strategy and organisational decision‐making.
What We're Looking For
8+ years' experience in FP&A or financial leadership roles.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, VBA, or reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Experience leading teams and driving process improvements or change programmes.
Self‐driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
