Over de functie
We are looking for motivated Order Pickers to join our client's team in Tilburg. You will collect fashion products using a voice-picking system and prepare orders for shipment.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Picking textile products using voice picking
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Walking through the warehouse to collect products
- Lifting and moving products safely
- Ensuring orders are complete and accurate
The voice-picking system is available in Dutch, English, Polish, and Ukrainian, making your work easy to follow.
Working hours (36–40 hours per week):
- Morning Shift: 05:00 – 14:30
- Night Shift: 19:30 – 04:00

Wat wij bieden
- Starting salary: €14.99 gross per hour
- Shift Allowances:
25% allowance (€18.74/hour) between 19:00–21:00
35% allowance (€20.24/hour) between 21:00–00:00
45% allowance (€21.74/hour) between 00:00–06:00
50% allowance (€22.49/hour) on Saturdays
100% allowance (€29.98/hour) on Sundays - Travel allowance of €0.23 net/km (up to €9.20 per day)
