Maintain and operate all the environments part of the CRS Branch Provide service support to the CQO customers Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft OS and tools suite Troubleshoot Microsoft related issues and PowerShell based code Provide root cause analysis in case of system/service malfunction Implement and improve new services Job requirements
