Netherlands | Remote & Flexible Working | Competitive Package Bramwith Consulting is supporting a globally recognised professional services organisation in the appointment of a Procurement Specialist to join its Global Procurement team.
Offering remote and flexible working across the Netherlands, with office hubs in major cities, this is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential professional looking to develop their strategic procurement capabilities.
The Opportunity You’ll manage sourcing projects across Talent-related categories, including HR Services, Learning & Development and Employee Benefits, while gaining exposure to wider international procurement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFPs, negotiations and supplier selection.
Supporting category strategies and delivering commercial savings.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Improving supplier management, consolidation and tail spend processes.
Collaborating with international colleagues on strategic procurement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
A couple of years' experience in procurement or sourcing.
Understanding of RFPs, negotiations and category management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine ambition to develop.
Fluent Dutch and English are essential.
Talent or HR procurement experience is not required.
We're primarily interested in strong procurement fundamentals, transferable skills and long-term potential.
