Proactively approach potential participants by phone, email and LinkedIn. Follow up on warm and cold leads. Conduct online sales and advisory conversations. Identify the needs of prospects. Present Board Certificate programs. Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to registration. Achieve commercial targets. Contribute ideas for improvements to the sales process. Требования
You are commercially driven and ambitious, and enjoy having daily conversations with entrepreneurs, directors and board members. At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. Demonstrated experience achieving commercial targets. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Not afraid to pick up the phone. Work independently and take responsibility for your results. Speak and write Dutch fluently. Preferably available to work from our Amsterdam office for most of the week. Условия
A key role within a fast-growing organization. A high level of responsibility and room for personal initiative. Direct contact with board members, entrepreneurs and directors. A fixed salary of €3,000 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience. An attractive bonus and commission model with no cap. Average earnings of €4,500 to €6,500 per month for employees who achieve their targets. Opportunities for career progression as the organization continues to grow.
