Engagement Manager (IT Consulting Delivery) in Amsterdam

IT Services organization with practices in custom software development, cloud infrastructure and data engineering
Looking for an experienced Engagement Manager (Client Services Manager/Delivery Manager) with experience in Data and AI/Software Development/Cloud or similar domains
Needs to be fluent in Dutch
Direct succession path to a Business Unit (BU) Lead position
This person will be the sole bridge between clients and technical teams, acting as the "voice of the customer" while also coaching practitioners.
A background in delivery management, project or program Management, or portfolio management would be ideal
Specializing in all things infrastructure, general custom app development, data science and engineering, etc.
Ability to build rapport quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and consultants.
Location - Can be based anywhere in the Netherlands
Base of 140k Euros + Bonus - flexible depending on the experience
