What you’ll do: You’re one of the experienced researchers in the Blauw Sponsorship Impact team, which carries out market research for international sports organisations and sponsors. As Senior Research Manager, you’re responsible for international research projects for clients in the world of sport. You work on these projects with our Junior Research Managers and Strategic Consultants. You have final responsibility as project manager, manage client relationships and make sure our projects are of the highest possible quality, with results that are smart, actionable and visually appealing.
Your responsibilities:
run strategic research projects from start to finish;
manage and strengthen relationships with international clients;
come up with ideas to make things smarter, faster and better;
analyse results and create reports (in our dashboard tool);
guide junior colleagues on research projects;
set the bar high, for yourself and for the team.
have at least 3 years’ experience in quantitative market research;
have worked on tracking research, ideally in sponsorship, branding or campaigns;
can turn quantitative results into visually appealing reports and clear conclusions;
are client-focused, with a commercial drive;
excel at project management and are always looking to improve;
speak and write excellent Dutch and English;
share our passion for sport.
