Production Planner

you are responsible for balancing workload, capacity, and operational priorities. You ensure that incoming orders are processed efficiently and that operations run smoothly. Working closely with Supervisors and Operations, you play a key role in maintaining an optimal flow throughout the warehouse. As a Production Planner, you translate customer demand into an efficient operational plan. You monitor workload, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments where necessary to ensure service levels are met. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring and adjusting workload and capacity planning; Processing and managing incoming orders in SAP and WMS systems; Identifying deviations and proactively adjusting planning schedules; Collaborating with Operations and Supervisors to optimize execution; Participating in planning meetings and providing planning insights. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Production Planner who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment. • Bachelor's working and thinking level; • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; • Advanced Excel skills; • Experience within logistics, supply chain, production planning, or contract logistics; • Experience working with SAP is a strong advantage; • Strong analytical and communication skills; • Results-driven and able to prioritize effectively.
