Who we’d like to find Since opening six years ago, our Amsterdam studio has grown from four to fifteen by finding the right people – people that don’t only slot right into our studio culture, but bring something incredible to it.
This Role Calls For Someone Who Brings Big ideas – As a studio we work across visual, verbal, three dimensional and digital experiences – but the big idea is always the most important part of what we do. You're developing your conceptual thinking and confidently contribute ideas that strengthen projects. You enjoy solving problems creatively and turning strategic thinking into engaging design.
Strong design craft – Typography, composition and visual communication are your foundations. You care about the details, and understand how to build work that feels balanced, considered and visually distinctive. You understand how great ideas become compelling visual systems across multiple touchpoints.
Creative ownership – You take responsibility for your work from concept through to delivery. You’re comfortable managing your own workload, making informed design decisions and knowing when to seek feedback to keep projects moving forward.
Digital & creative fluency – You’re comfortable working across physical and digital experiences and naturally explore emerging tools as part of your creative process. Whether it's motion, AI workflows, interaction or creative coding or new technologies, you understand how they can strengthen creative thinking and execution.
Collaboration & communication – You enjoy working across disciplines and communicating your ideas clearly. You're confident presenting work, responding thoughtfully to feedback and collaborating with designers, strategists and writers to create stronger creative outcomes.
