We're looking for native Dutch speakers who are passionate about audiobooks and have a sharp, analytical ear to evaluate and improve AI-generated (text-to-speech) narration in Dutch (Netherlands).
- This is a part-time, remote role at approximately
- 20 hours per week
(around 4 hours per day). Candidates based in Dutch-speaking regions are preferred. What You'll Do
Listen to AI-narrated Dutch audiobooks and assess their naturalness, accuracy, and overall listening quality.
Identify and log narration errors — including skipped or added words, mispronunciations, incorrect number readings, wrongly expanded abbreviations, unnatural phrasing, intonation issues, and audio artifacts.
Categorize each issue and mark the precise timestamp or span using our internal review tooling.
Provide overall listener satisfaction assessments, highlighting where narration feels natural and where it disrupts the experience.
Maintain consistent attention to detail across extended listening sessions.
- Who We're Looking For
- Native or near-native fluency in
Dutch (Netherlands) and a genuine, active audiobook listener with real opinions on quality narration.
Sufficient working English to communicate clearly with the team.
Some background in annotation, labeling, transcription, proofreading, linguistics, or similar detail-oriented review work.
A patient, disciplined ear capable of sustained accuracy over long listening sessions.

Prior experience with AI training data, model evaluation, or audio/QA annotation projects.
A background in language, editing, voice acting, or audio production.
