- As a
Senior Payroll Consultant , you will handle more complex HR assignments for clients and support the Belsberg team with your expertise.
You work autonomously, provide expert advice, and serve as a role model for less experienced colleagues.
You are responsible for managing challenging payroll projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Performing complex payroll administration and tasks.
Advising clients and internal teams on social legislation and payroll processes.
Working autonomously and serving as a role model for less experienced colleagues.
Identifying and implementing improvements in payroll processes.
Sharing specialized knowledge and providing internal training sessions.
Coaching and mentoring new employees.
Acting as the point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic HR projects.
Competence profile
Several years of experience in payroll or relevant education.
Proficiency in multiple payroll software programs and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Strong knowledge of social and labor legislation with insight into expert processes.
Fluent in Dutch and English and/or French.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
