As a Junior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the commercial profession in practice. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in the sales department and gradually become familiar with our customers, products, and internal processes. With guidance and support, you will grow into an independent commercial role, ultimately becoming responsible for maintaining customer relationships and visiting clients. Your responsibilities include;
Working alongside the sales department Learning to work with commercial processes and systems Supporting customer contact and preparing quotations Processing and maintaining customer data in the CRM system Assisting with commercial projects and activities Ultimately independently maintaining customer relationships, visiting clients, and carrying out commercial activities
What do you bring? MBO Level 4 or HBO working and thinking level Affinity with sales and commercial activities Affinity with CRM systems Experience in sales is an advantage Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage You quickly learn and adapt to new systems
