Then this role as Project Manager Meetings and Events at our agency is perfect for you.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? We are a specialized MICE agency with many international clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. This means: domestic and international projects, high quality standards, tight deadlines, and frequent communication with various stakeholders.
As a project manager, you are the link between the client, suppliers, and colleagues. You ensure that projects run smoothly from briefing to execution.
You organize and coordinate meetings, congresses, and corporate events
You provide end-to-end support for international multinationals in organizing their events both domestically and abroad
You manage logistics: travel, hotels, locations, transfers, registrations, and schedules
You monitor budgets, deadlines, and quality
You liaise with suppliers and build strong partnerships
You contribute ideas for more efficient processes and smart solutions
Where applicable, you take compliance guidelines within the pharmaceutical sector into account
You are the one who maintains the overview, ensures every detail is correct, and communicates proactively with your clients
WHO ARE YOU
Minimum MBO 4 (vocational) level of professional and intellectual ability
You value structure, planning, and efficient workflows
You have a passion for event logistics and gain energy from organizing
You are resilient under pressure and can adapt quickly
You communicate easily in both Dutch and English
You are service-oriented and solution-minded
You work well independently and enjoy collaborating in a team
2-3 years of experience as a business travel consultant, in event project coordination, and/or knowledge of pharma compliance guidelines is a plus
You don’t need to be a ‘corporate type,’ but you understand how to work with international clients: professionally, accurately, and reliably.
