Offerteaanvragen van dealers en klanten verwerken en opvolgen van aanvraag tot order om conversie te verhogen Coördineren en bewaken van het orderproces, inclusief afstemming met interne afdelingen Beantwoorden van klant- en dealervragen via in- en outbound telefoon en e-mail Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen binnen dealer- en OEM-partnerships, in samenwerking met onze Partner Managers Bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving en actief meedenken binnen de customer journey Verhogen van klantretentie door tijdig sturen op renewals Zorgdragen voor een correcte vastlegging van klant- en ordergegevens in onze systemen Actief bijdragen aan professionalisering van processen en werkwijze Ondersteunen bij rapportages, controles en audits Wat breng je mee?
