- Own the learning portfolio strategy and roadmap for the College
- Translate business needs into practical learning solutions
- Own delivery, deployment, and quality of the College learning portfolio
- Develop high quality technical training or deliver the training
- Analyze learning needs with stakeholders and design, implement, and evaluate solutions
- Set priorities and guide design/development activities
- Manage training portfolio updates and relevance
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of large L&KM Solutions within timelines and budgets
- Manage budgets and external learning vendor engagements
- Collaborate with sectors, RBA&S, Academy and countries
- Utilize modern learning methodologies (VC, hardware/software simulations, AI, etc.)
- Monitor effectiveness with KPIs, metrics, and ROI
- Conduct evaluation and reporting of effectiveness to stakeholders
- Periodically review content with SMEs and stakeholders and plan improvements
- Design and develop evaluation materials for quality and impact
- Act as trusted advisor on learning solutions for high-impact change initiatives

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of L&D experience in complex, technical environments
- End-to-end management of learning and knowledge solutions
- Experience with learning portfolios, roadmaps and budgets
- Extensive knowledge of Academy portfolio and learning development methods
- Data-driven decision making and performance measurement
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience with metadata-driven learning ecosystems (LMS/TCD), Kaltura or similar video platforms, Share Point metadata/TMS, and reporting (Power BI/Spotfire/SMT)
- Familiarity with media-rich learning and AV workflows
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
