Marketing Communications Coordinator
to join our European marketing team in Hoofddorp.
This is a
12-month fixed-term position
with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and performance.
What you'll do
Support the execution of marketing communication plans and campaigns across Europe.
Coordinate online and offline marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, suppliers, and regional teams.
Coordinate external agencies and suppliers, including briefing, follow-up and delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
Support digital marketing and social media activities, including performance monitoring and reporting.
Assist with content creation, campaign coordination, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
Track project timelines, budgets, and campaign effectiveness.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing communications, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Experience in an international or B2B environment is a plus.
