Lead two financial employees, maintain the quality of the administration, and set clear team priorities Analyze and review budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial reports, translating insights into concrete points for attention Discuss monthly financial results with four area sales managers and address performance and potential shortfalls Advise the executive team and internal departments, taking a clear position based on financial expertise Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, data analysis, and digitalization, and support financial operations when needed Oversee and control the financial administration, ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to make decisions Требования:
