What will you be doing?
Managing the location together with the branch manager
Working in the car wash & interior cleaning lane
Guiding and coaching colleagues
Drawing up staff schedules and keeping track of administration
Conducting performance reviews and job interviews
Resolving malfunctions and performing maintenance
Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers
Handling complaints professionally
Who are you?
You have a strong and open personality with a positive attitude
You have an affinity for cars and an eye for safety and improvement
You communicate excellently in Dutch and English
You are customer-oriented and know how to motivate and coach your team
You have experience as a manager who contributes to the growth and improvement of the branch
