At least 10+ years of experience in UKG WFM modules – WFC and Pro WFM (at least 1 project) Hands-on experience in implementation, upgrade, development, or support projects related to UKG Pro WFM application for large scale clients in Europe region. Experience in UKG Pro WFM modules - Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and Activities modules. Experience in handling AMS (Application maintenance and Production support) and Enhancements for UKG WFM with activities including L2/L3 Incident management, daily monitoring, problem management, status reporting, and offshore co-ordination with teams across different timezones. Coordinate with product and business teams to resolve product bugs related to UKG Pro WFM Unit testing of UKG Pro WFM configuration changes, product releases, patches UKG certifications in Workforce management modules
