We are hiring 3 experienced Java Developers for a long-term contract with a leading Dutch bank in Amsterdam. Start: ASAP. We have two profiles. Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot Build and maintain Microservices and REST APIs Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Drive cloud-native development and engineering best practices Design and build event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka Implement messaging, streaming and asynchronous processing patterns Develop APIs and integration platforms on Azure Build scalable, cloud-native applications Implement secure, scalable and high-performance solutions Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA and business stakeholders Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews and automation 6+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on Java development Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices, OR Azure and Kafka Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Able to work independently in an onsite client environment (hybrid, Amsterdam) EU/EEA citizenship, or a valid Dutch residence permit that allows you to work without sponsorship Visa sponsorship is not available Background verification will be completed before onboarding Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
