Freelance SAP BTP Security & Authorisations Consultant
For an international organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation, we are looking for an experienced
SAP BTP Security & Authorisations Consultant
to join their technology and platform team.
The main focus of this assignment is
hands-on SAP BTP cloud solutions combined with strong Security & Authorisations experience . We are looking for someone with a solid technical understanding of the BTP platform who can independently configure, manage and troubleshoot authorisations across SAP cloud environments.

Responsibilities:
Configure and manage SAP BTP global accounts, subaccounts, users, groups, roles and role collections.
Design, implement and maintain BTP authorisation models, access assignments and security configurations.
Configure and support SAP Cloud Identity Services, including IAS and IPS.
Manage SSO, SAML, trust configuration, identity provisioning and user/group mappings.
Work with BTP cloud services, including Authorization & Trust Management, XSUAA and connectivity.
Configure and troubleshoot Cloud Connector integrations between BTP and on-premise SAP systems.
Support integration between SAP BTP, S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorisation and application access issues within BTP.
Collaborate with SAP Security, IAM, Basis and cloud platform teams.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with
SAP BTP cloud solutions and authorisations .
Proven experience configuring BTP users, groups, roles, role collections and subaccount access.
Experience with BTP platform administration and cloud security.
Strong knowledge of IAS/IPS, SSO, SAML and trust configuration.
Experience with Cloud Connector and SAP cloud/on-premise integrations.
Solid SAP Security & Authorisations background.
Experience with S/4HANA environments.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have:
SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance).
SailPoint or other IAM/IGA solutions.
SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Foundry or other BTP services.
Experience with BTP security architecture.
