Prospect, pitch, and secure new clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Manage Client Accounts:
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers to secure repeat business. Identify Top Talent:
Source and attract highly qualified professionals across Europe. Consult and Advise:
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Negotiate and Close Deals:
Drive offers through to successful placements. This is a target-driven position, best suited to individuals who are motivated by achieving results and being rewarded for their performance. Your Profile Up to 1 year of sales experience Confident, proactive, commercially driven and a sales mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Money motivated Able to thri ve in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently You have a higher professional level of thinking and working Fluent in
