What Your Role Entails This is a full-cycle (360°) recruitment role – you'll be the connector between top talent and great companies:
Business Development : Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online- meetings with the opportunity to also visit clients on site.
Talent Matchmaking : Find and place top candidates in exciting roles across Europe.
Consulting : Become a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
Headhunting : Use LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creativity to find hidden gems.
Negotiating & Closing Deals:
Make magic happen for everyone involved.
End-to-End Support:
Guide your candidates through every step of the process.
Your Profile
Confident, proactive, commercially driven and a sales mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

You have a higher professional level of thinking and working
Must be - Fluent in
Dutch or German + English
