Work with business and finance stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and business requirements Analyze and document as-is processes, identifying inefficiencies, duplication, and improvement opportunities Support the design and documentation of future-state processes and operating models Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and digitalization Explore AI, RPA, and low-code platforms to improve processes and reduce manual activity Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and wider business functions on transformation initiatives Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and supporting analysis Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and technology solutions Track improvements and demonstrate benefits delivered through transformation initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the organization Требования:
2–3 Years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Process Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement Experience creating process documentation, workflows, or process maps Exposure to finance operations, shared services, or finance transformation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global organization Genuine interest in automation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, including how AI, RPA, and low-code technologies can improve business processes Условия:
