Assistant Controller, Media, €75,000-€80,000
Altum Consulting are recruiting for an Assistant Controller to join an international Media business based in central Amsterdam. This role will suit a Qualified Accountant with practical professional experience working in a Controllership role (or similar finance position) within a large multinational organization.
Role
Overseeing general ledgers and all aspects of the close & reporting process (Balance sheet reviews, Accounts Recs, Analytical Reviews, Corporate Reporting)
Responsible for the internal control environment, ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and the integrity of financial and operational information.
Participate in special finance projects focusing on continuous improvement and finance transformation.
Assist in the external and internal audits ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements in corporate income tax, withholding tax, and VAT and supporting the
