We are looking for a
Senior IT Support Engineer
with strong hands-on technical experience to provide high-quality IT support and take ownership of day-to-day site IT operations. The role involves end-user support, troubleshooting, IT procurement, asset management and delivering internal IT projects in collaboration with global teams. Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support in person and via support tickets, email and chat. Troubleshoot
hardware, software, Windows, macOS, network and A/V systems . Manage site IT support, including end users, conference rooms and network-related issues. Maintain accurate
IT asset management
records. Manage IT procurement, including vendor management and invoice reviews. Provide technical support to senior stakeholders and executives. Document IT support and operational processes. Lead cross-functional IT projects from initiation through execution and handover to support. Work closely with other IT teams to improve the end-user experience. Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays. Travel internationally when required, approximately
20% . Requirements
1+ years of professional IT Support experience. Strong knowledge of
Windows 10/11 and macOS . Strong experience with
Microsoft Intune and MDM . Experience with
JIRA and other Atlassian products . Knowledge of
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office administration . Experience troubleshooting
hardware, software, corporate networks, A/V and video conferencing solutions . Experience managing the full scope of IT within an office environment. Experience supporting employees at all levels, including executives. Experience managing cross-functional IT projects. Experience with a
scripting language . Excellent communication, troubleshooting and customer-service skills. Ability to participate in after-hours and weekend support when required.
