In this varied role, you and your colleagues ensure that everything relating to orders, purchasing, stock and transport runs smoothly. You will be in contact with suppliers and warehouses in the Netherlands and abroad, process sales orders, check invoices and keep a close eye on stock levels. In short, you make sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and that our customers receive their products on time.

What will you be doing?

You are an important link behind the scenes. You maintain an overview, follow up on agreements and ensure that the right information is available at the right time.

Arranging national and international transport.

Ensuring that transport documents are correct and properly archived.

Supporting the purchasing policy.

Communicating with various suppliers worldwide in English.

Maintaining the planning, identifying deviations and responding appropriately.

Checking invoices.

Handling claims.

Optimising stock levels.

Processing orders in the ERP system.

Communicating with warehouses.

Who are we looking for?

Above all, we are looking for someone who is reliable, maintains an overview and enjoys investigating and organising things. You therefore do not need to have done everything before.

You have a MBO or HBO education level of working and thinking.

You can work well with Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.

You have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Dutch is an advantage, and Polish is a plus due to our international logistics contacts.

You can work independently, but also enjoy consulting and working with others.

You work accurately, systematically and with a service-oriented approach.

You live within reasonable commuting distance of our office in Nijkerk.
