You will be part of a highly specialized international team that works across continents and business functions. Together, the team manages a sophisticated insurance landscape supported by more than 35 insurers, multiple external brokers, an in-house broker, and AkzoNobel's own captive insurance company. Who You Are You are someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical execution. You can navigate complex international environments, build trusted relationships, and translate technical insurance concepts into clear business advice.
You bring: • A master’s degree in law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Approximately 5–7 years of experience within the international insurance market, gained at a multinational company, broker, or insurance carrier. • A valid WFT qualification (Wet Financieel Toezicht). • Fluency in both Dutch and English. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • The ability to work effectively across cultures and functions in a global organization.

You enjoy solving problems, building partnerships, and creating practical solutions that help businesses move forward with confidence. What We Offer At AkzoNobel, you'll join a company that has been recognized as one of the top employers in the Netherlands and is committed to building a more sustainable future.
