Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

Responsibilities Author realistic agile delivery scenarios from sprint planning through retrospectives
Write reference answers with the facilitation reasoning behind each intervention
Grade model output for agile soundness and team dynamics awareness
Flag advice that reads textbook correct but would harm a real team
Required Qualifications 2+ years as a scrum master or agile delivery lead for software teams
Experience facilitating the full ceremony cycle from planning through retrospectives
Depth in backlog management, impediment removal, and team coaching
Clear written English for documenting facilitation and coaching reasoning
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification
Experience coaching multiple teams or scaling agile practices
Background as a developer, tester, or product owner
