What are you going to do?
As a
Production Operator , you will be responsible for producing high-quality sealant and adhesive products. You will work according to established recipes, similar to carefully following a baking recipe. Your goal is to ensure that all products meet the required quality and safety standards.
Your duties will include:
Independently producing adhesives and sealants according to recipes
Performing quality inspections and checks
Recording production data and completing administrative tasks
Keeping the workplace clean and organized in accordance with company guidelines
Carrying out minor machine maintenance tasks
Following all safety regulations and company procedures
Ensuring a smooth handover of work to colleagues during shift changes
This is a physically active position.
You will work full-time in a 2-shift system:
Morning Shift - 06:00 -14.30
Afternoon/Evening Shift - 14:30 - 23:00

4.4% ADV allowance (reduction of working hours compensation)
14% shift allowance
