Join Nike at the European Headquarters (EHQ) as a Merchant, Women's NSW Footwear and play a key role in shaping consumer-right assortments for one of Nike’s most dynamic footwear businesses. In this role, you will support assortment planning, Go-To-Market activities, and product management initiatives that drive marketplace differentiation and profitable growth. Working closely with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Marketplace teams, you will help deliver compelling product assortments, support key business milestones, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize consumer experiences across EMEA.
This is a temporary assignment until May 2027.
What are you going to do? As part of the Women's NSW Footwear Merchandising team, you will help shape the future of one of Nike's most dynamic footwear businesses across EMEA. Working at the intersection of product, consumer, and marketplace, you will support seasonal assortment decisions, drive insightful business analyses, and contribute to strategies that deliver profitable growth and premium consumer experiences.
Support seasonal merchandising and assortment planning for the Women's NSW Footwear business.
Build consumer-right assortments that drive marketplace differentiation and business growth.
Prepare key business reviews, seasonal milestones, and marketplace presentations.
Analyze product and marketplace performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Marketplace teams to execute seasonal strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and automate ways of working.
Support product flow, distribution, and assortment decisions to ensure the right product reaches the right consumer at the right time.

What do we ask?
Experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Product Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Power BI, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Experience with reporting optimization, process improvement, and business process automation.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, curious, and consumer-focused mindset with a passion for product, retail, and marketplace strategy.
