As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you play a key role in shaping and scaling one of Action's most important supporting platforms. You translate business challenges into scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions and ensure our platform continues to support Action's rapid international growth.
You collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, helping them transform requirements into practical solutions that deliver real business value. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on architectural expertise and guide solution development from concept through implementation.
You are not only a technical expert, but also a trusted advisor who can explain complex technical decisions in a way that business stakeholders understand and support.
What you'll do As ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will:
Design end-to-end ServiceNow platform solutions that support Action'sbusiness objectives.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable and future-proofsolution designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business domains to understandchallenges and define the best solution approach.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, architecturalprinciples and ServiceNow best practices.
Identify, manage and reduce technical debt while contributing to the long-term
platform roadmap.
Support development and operations teams during implementation and validatethat delivered solutions meet architectural standards.
Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing processes where bettersolutions are available.
Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology departments,developers and architects.
Contribute to the further growth, adoption and maturity of the ServiceNowplatform across Action.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow team, developers, domain and enterprise architects. You'll be joining an organisation where technology plays a critical role in enabling continued growth and operational excellence.
What we’re looking for You are a strong communicator who can translate between business and technology. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are comfortable engaging stakeholders at different organisational levels.
You bring:
At least 5 years of experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Proven experience working with ServiceNow from an architectural perspectiverather than purely operational, support or administration-focused roles.
Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutiondesigns.
Experience working within large, complex organisations with multiplestakeholder groups.
Certified knowledge of the ServiceNow platform applied to enterpriseenvironments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
The ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Nice to have
Experience in fast-growing international organisations.
Experience in retail, logistics or other high-volume operational environments.
Experience in designing multiple ServiceNow implementations.
Multiple ServiceNow architecture certifications.
Experience working in cloud-first environments.
