We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Breman Brasserie, at The Hoxton Lloyd. Reporting to our Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.
