At Accenture Netherlands, we're looking for a Senior AI-Native Java Engineer with around 7 years of experience who combines strong Java engineering expertise with a passion for AI-Augmented Software Delivery, Agentic Engineering, and modern development practices.
As part of our Technology practice, you will help clients transform traditional software engineering into AI-powered, high-performing delivery organizations.
What you'll do
- Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
- Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.
- Implement Spec-Driven Development using Open API, Async API, and API-first engineering methodologies.
- Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, consultants, and client teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and help establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering.
