Develop, configure, test, and maintain Pega components, case types, workflows, business rules, views, and reusable application assets. Translate functional and system requirements into clear technical designs and reliable, scalable Pega solutions. Review system designs and documentation, identify gaps, clarify technical logic, and propose practical improvements. Build and support integrations with REST APIs, enterprise data sources, data models, and external systems. Apply Pega guardrails, development standards, ruleset and versioning practices, and clean-code principles. Create unit and scenario tests, support code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to deployment and post-release stabilization. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
