We’re looking for an experienced
Contract Manager
to join Accenture’s Contract Management team in Amsterdam.
This role goes beyond negotiating and signing contracts. You’ll stay closely involved
after signature , supporting major client accounts throughout the delivery lifecycle and helping the business successfully deliver what was agreed.
You’ll work at the intersection of
contracts, commercial management, risk and client delivery , building long-term relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Manage contracts throughout the
post-signature delivery lifecycle
Advise account and delivery teams on contractual obligations and risks
Manage
contract changes, amendments and change requests
Support contract governance, risk mitigation and escalations
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, procurement and vendor management teams
Support pre-signature activities when required

What we’re looking for
Strong
post-signature contract management
and delivery lifecycle experience
Experience in a
technology / IT services environment
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience supporting large or
complex client contracts
Legal or commercial contracting background is an advantage
