For one of our clients, a hospitality company, we're looking for an interim People Partner.
Amsterdam, hybrid
We're looking for a People Partner who is comfortable in a dynamic environment and can handle change. You'll be a sparring partner for their Support Hub (around 250 people) across Marketing & Performance, Finance, Digital/IT and People, and help roll out HR initiatives.
What you'll be doing Strategically advising and challenging senior leaders: building trust while not being afraid to push back
Supporting the rollout of topics such as pay transparency, the salary cycle and performance initiatives
Spotting trends in what leaders are asking and translating that into improvements
Taking on (complex) cases and grievances where needed
Helping to set up a works council
At least 2 years of experience as a People Partner
Strong stakeholder management: comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders
Experienced in managing people through change
Generalist at heart, ready to step in when needed
